We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international support teams working with world-renowned global brands.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to relocate abroad, grow their career, or secure a remote customer support job (location-dependent).
You will provide customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to ensure fast, friendly, and effective support for users while representing a high-quality international company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in Italian through phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
- Maintain a professional tone and high customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and service-quality guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
- English level B1 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Paid flight ticket
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
- 23 weeks of temporary accommodation
- Full support with hiring documents, bank, registration, and onboarding
