Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Qualco Real Estate, member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece & Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.

Qualco Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and gain exposure to high-profile clients in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update excel databases;
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing portfolio status, performance metrics;
• Contribute to data & documents storage workflows to support properties' management lifecycle;
• Collaborate with teams, including finance, legal, technical to ensure aligned and effective portfolio management;
• Utilize advanced real estate software and tools for data analysis, asset management, and reporting;
• Experience in real estate portfolio underwriting would be considered as an advantage;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• A bachelor's degree in Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Reporting & Analysis;
• Experience in Real Estate management department of similar firms would be considered as an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects;
• Proficiency in MSOffice (excel, ppt) and familiarity with business software tools;
• Fluency in Greek and English language;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Excellent communication skills.
