Real Estate Consultants
to our team. If you're communicative, a fast learner, and energized by performance-based earnings, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do

• Source and list residential/commercial properties
• Build and manage buyer/tenant pipelines (CRM)
• Run viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals
• Prepare listings (copy/photos) and coordinate marketing
• Track market activity in your focus areas

What you bring

• Excellent communication (Greek & English)
• Sales mindset, resilience, and follow-through
• Solid digital skills (email, Office/Google, basic CRM)
• Real estate experience is a plus—training provided

Compensation & support

• Commission-only
  model with competitive splits and uncapped earnings
