The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is searching for a Regional Sales Specialist, with strong customer service mindset to join our dynamic Domestic Commercial Department at Aspropyrgos.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage and process customer orders via phone and email.

•    Enter orders into the ERP system (SAP) and monitor stock levels in both customer and warehouse inventories.

•    Issue invoices, track customer account balances, and coordinate payment collections.

•    Ensure compliance with the company's commercial and credit policies.

•    Communicate with existing customers to provide sales support and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

•    Offer technical and commercial information regarding the company's products.

 Requirements:

•     University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    Good command of the English language.

•    Excellent PC skills (MS Office).

•    Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

•    Team-oriented 

•    Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within an industrial or technical environment will be considered a plus.

•    Experience with ERP system, particularly SAP, will be considered an asset.
