SSAB - Inside Sales Professional

SSAB Special Steels is looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join our team in Athens where we have our office close to our stock. Our current team is working closely together to support the sales development in Greece and Cyprus. In this role you will have internal online meetings, both collaborating cross-functionally and with close cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers in the area. You will have an important role in terms of being our customers' first point of contact handeling orders, inquiries and inventory assets in our booking system.

About the position
The Inside sales department is working close to Regional Sales managers supporting customers in Greece and Cyprus .
You will be part of a team of 15 people in South East Europe and 1 in Greece, both Regional Sales Managers and other Inside sales professionals.
Main responsibilities
Development of stock sales business.
Representing SSAB Special Steels as the first point of contact for our customers in the region.
Supporting our team of Regional Sales Managers and Technical Development Managers with handeling orders, inquiries and inventory assets via our booking systems, e-mail or phone.
Handling orders, bookings, sending offers, follow-ups, additional sales and providing excellent service to our customers.
About You
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a fast learner of new systems; experience with SAP is an advantage but not obligatory.
You are motivated with a positive mindset who sees opportunities and ways to solve problems.
You are very service-minded and communicative, and not afraid to call any customer or answer the phone.
We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a team and supporting colleagues.
Prefferably you have experience from a similar kind of role within sales, inside sales or customer service.
A good, professional level of English is required.
