We are currently looking for :

Job Title: Key Account Specialist (KAS)

Reports to: National Key Account & Export Manager

Department: Commercial / Sales

Position Summary

The Key Account Specialist (KAS) provides comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) on the fields of responsibility. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient coordination, accurate reporting, and the smooth execution of commercial activities with the company's Key Accounts.

The KAS may act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners, supporting account planning, sales analysis, and execution of trade programs to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Coordination & Support

  • Support the KA team in day-to-day management of key customer accounts.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with key accounts and internal departments (marketing, logistics, and finance).
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional calendars, and trade agreements.
  • Track and ensure accurate execution of marketing plans and agreements.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales data, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, pricing, and account activities.
  • Monitor order flow, stock availability, and delivery status for key customers
  • Consolidate and analyze sales and promotional performance data across Key Accounts.

3. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage documentation, contracts, and purchase orders in coordination with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies related to pricing, invoicing, and promotions.
Who you are ?

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales support, key account management, or commercial operations — preferably in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Languages: English (fluent), plus local language proficiency.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of trade terms, pricing structures, and promotional mechanisms.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
