E-commerce Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement scalable process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Partner with IT, digital teams, and third-party platform providers to troubleshoot operational issues and test new functionality
  • Contribute to UAT testing and reviews for operational features
  • Act as the central point of contact for daily operational needs across departments (logistics, marketing, customer service, and commercial teams)
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve customer issues and identify root causes of recurring problems
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, data protection laws (GDPR), and eCommerce best practices
  • Minimize risk by setting clear policies around order exceptions, fraud, and returns

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years in E-commerce operations, ideally in a high-volume, multichannel retail environment
  • Experience in managing teams or cross-functional project groups
  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP and E-commerce platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
