We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of Digital Experience & Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire replatforming project, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Conduct research on best practices, market trends, and competitor platforms to optimize our new website
  • Define and execute UAT plans to ensure the platform meets functionality, usability, and performance standards
  • Identify and implement UX/UI improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
  • Contribution to digital communications and content management to maximize engagement and conversions

Requirements

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • A Master's degree in Digital Transformation, UX/UI, or Project Management is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital project management, website development, or e-commerce replatforming, ideally in the retail sector
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and testing methodologies
  • Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables using project management tools
