Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a leading Greek law firm with offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Bucharest (Romania), is lokking of a Legal Projects Secretary to join our dynamic and highly skilled team at our headquarters in Athens.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to one or more lawyers
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain and update digital and physical case management systems
- Manage phone communications: answer calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed
- Keep contact databases current and organized
- Support meeting deadlines by managing multiple calendars and sending timely reminders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary, experience as a Legal Secretary will be considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel
- Familiarity with litigation management software is a plus
- Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking ability and confidence in working with diverse teams and clients
