, and you love the craft of communication, facilitation, and learning design, this is your launchpad.

You'll work closely with our founder and practitioners (consultants, coaches, therapists, communication experts, actors) to design and deliver training experiences that change how people lead, collaborate, and perform. Think startup energy, real ownership, and visible impact from day one.

What you'll do

• Design learning experiences
  : Support the creation of workshops, masterclasses, and micro‑learnings on communication, public speaking, leadership presence, feedback, storytelling, and high‑performance teaming.
• Build content & assets
  : Draft slides, facilitator guides, exercises, case studies, assessments, and toolkits. Keep everything crisp, evidence‑based, and Gen‑Z friendly.
• Co‑facilitate sessions
  : Assist lead trainers in virtual and in‑person deliveries—breakout management, energy checks, demos, and live feedback.
• User research & insights
  : Run quick interviews/pulse surveys, synthesize learner needs, and turn insights into program upgrades.
• Operations that scale
  : Help set up repeatable templates, SOPs, checklists, and a content library so we move fast without breaking quality.
• Quality & data
  : Track NPS, learning outcomes, and behavioral follow‑through; turn data into simple dashboards and next‑step recommendations.
• Content marketing assist
  : Draft learning snippets, carousels, and short videos that share our ideas with the world.

What you'll bring

• Degree
  in Psychology, Communication, Organizational Behavior, Education, or related.
• Portfolio or examples
  of learning design, facilitation, campus workshops, theatre/debate/public speaking, peer coaching, or content creation.
• Communication chops
  : clear writing, strong storytelling, engaging presence.
• Learner‑centric mindset
  : curiosity, empathy, and evidence‑based thinking.
• Owner attitude
  : bias to action, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with coaching, theatre/acting, or improvisation
• Knowledge of assessment design, psychometrics, or behavioral science.
• Video editing, visual storytelling, or social content creation.
• Data basics (spreadsheets, simple dashboards, surveys).
