Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager,

As a Business Development Manager You Will
  • Consult Public Sector customers to build their vision and analyze and generate domain and customer needs
  • Conceptualize compelling solutions and business propositions
  • Analyze competition and provide relevant insights
  • Identify and formulate the solution and offering to be provided to the client
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. Discovering domain and customer stakeholder landscape to more effectively position the offering.
  • Create high-quality marketing and business materials (white papers, proposals, vision statements)
  • Work closely with the sales team to materialize the end business result
  • Drive business growth with a results-oriented approach, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • Extensive and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Business Development and/or IT consulting in Digital Government / Defense / Civil protection / Immigration / Foreign affairs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree would be an asset
  • Deep understanding of the Public Sector domain in Greece
  • Strong business and technology knowledge in Government relevant domain
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create impactful business and marketing content
  • Strategic mindset, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
