Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος υποδοχής (Front Office).

  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας υποδοχής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των υπαλλήλων υποδοχής, night auditors, grooms/porters.

  • Εξασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης για όλους τους επισκέπτες.

  • Αντιμετώπιση και ικανοποίηση αιτημάτων πελατών με επαγγελματισμό.

  • Επίβλεψη της διαδικασίας check-in και check-out.

  • Οργάνωση βαρδιών και διασφάλιση επαρκούς στελέχωσης.

  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Housekeeping, Συντήρησης, και F&B για την επίλυση θεμάτων πελατών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτώς & προφορικώς)

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί

  • Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών και προγραμμάτων PMS (Protel/Opera)

  • Επικοινωνιακός και διπλωματικός χαρακτήρας
