Καθήκοντα

  • Υποδέχεται και εξυπηρετεί τους πελάτες- επισκέπτες

  • Εξυπηρετεί άμεσα και με επαγγελματικό τρόπο τα αιτήματα των πελατών του εστιατορίου.

  • Συντονίζει τις ημερήσιες εργασίες προετοιμασίας ανοίγματος/ κλεισίματος του εστιατορίου

  • Οργανώνει τους Α' & Β' Σερβιτόρους και τους δίνει άμεσα λύσεις σε τυχόν προβλήματα που προκύπτουν.

Συμβάλλει στην αύξηση των πωλήσεων.

  • Ελέγχει τη λειτουργία των PDA

  • Εκπαιδεύει, ενημερώνει και καθοδηγεί το προσωπικό του τμήματος.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων, εσωτερικού ή εξωτερικού

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε παρόμοια θέση

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτώς & προφορικώς)

  • Χρήση Συστήματος POS και PDA

  • Καλή γνώση υπολογιστών
