Η MANIFEST αναζητά Supervisor για το τμήμα Housekeeping σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα στην Αθήνα. Ο υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την επίβλεψη της ομάδας των καμαριερών, τη διασφάλιση της τήρησης των υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας και την άμεση επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη για την ικανοποίηση των αιτημάτων του.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας Housekeeping.
  • Διασφάλιση της σωστής εκτέλεσης των καθημερινών εργασιών καθαριότητας.
  • Διατήρηση άμεσης επαφής με τους πελάτες και διαχείριση των αιτημάτων τους.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την ομαλή λειτουργία.
  • Έλεγχος των δωματίων και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων για την τήρηση των προδιαγραφών καθαριότητας.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και συντονισμού εργασιών.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσαρμοστικότητα.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
