We are looking for a
Move Coordinator
to join our growing team. Depending on your experience and leadership skills, this position may evolve into
Team Leader
, guiding our coordination team and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international and domestic household moves from start to finish
  • Communicate effectively with clients, global partners, and service providers
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including customs requirements
  • Monitor shipments, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain our high standards of service and client satisfaction
  • (For senior candidates)
    : Supervise move coordinators and ensure consistent workflow quality

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in international moving, or relocation services
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset and professional communication style
  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or move management software
  • (For leadership potential)
    : Demonstrated ability to lead, train, or support a small team
