A new opportunity has arisen on behalf of our client, a technical company specializing in energy-saving solutions and renewable energy production services.

About Our Client:
Our client specializes in energy storage, renewable energy systems, photovoltaic solutions, and LED lighting. They are expanding their activity in public sector tenders and are looking to strengthen their in-house tendering team.

The Role: Pre-sales | Tendering Engineer - Renewable Energy & Lighting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate supplier offers to prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and compile technical and financial documentation for public sector tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all official tender procedures and requirements.
  • Draft formal letters and supporting documents necessary for tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including back office and accounting to finalize tender packages.
  • Track and report on the progress of bids and awarded contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ (preferably in Electrical Engineering, though degrees in Mechanical or Surveying Engineering are also acceptable)
  • In-depth knowledge of drafting Electrical Installation Responsibility Declarations or previous experience in drafting/signing documents
  • Licensed Professional Engineer registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with signing authority
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical projects
  • Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and PVC tools.
