The Role:
As an
Academic Speaker
, you will:
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops at ELT events, both in-person and online
- Represent our brand as a thought leader and expert in the ELT field
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align sessions with audience needs
- Provide teacher training and academic support to institutions, where required
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as blogs, articles, or recorded sessions
What We're Looking For:
Experience in ELT, teacher training, or academic consultancy
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
Strong knowledge of current ELT methodologies and classroom trends
Flexibility to travel occasionally (depending on location and event calendar)
Confident with technology and online webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Ability to engage with diverse audiences of teachers, trainers, and academic managers
Bonus Points For:
Experience as a conference speaker or workshop leader
Familiarity with our publishing list or a similar ELT publisher
A second language and/or international teaching experience
