As an MSL you will engage with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the US to respond to incoming scientific inquiries as well as engage in proactive scientific discussions to drive educational needs. You will be engaging with external audiences through virtual interactions, and drive high value HCP commitment.

What You Will Be Doing
Opinion Leader Engagement

  • Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders in disease states of strategic importance to the organisation
  • Provide medical and scientific information to respond to KOLs' technical questions
  • Identify and engage key thought leaders (TLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and investigators in scientific exchange on the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) landscape and relevant therapeutic research
  • Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic, and healthcare provider setting in both group and one on one settings

Scientific Expertise

  • Develop deep scientific expertise across several therapeutic areas, including inflammatory bowel disease, becoming the subject matter expert in these therapeutic areas
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to be seen as a scientifically credible leader and collaborative partner that is highly perceptive, socially intelligent and intuitive

Cross Functional Support

  • Support activities, including but not limited to scientific congresses, advisory boards and speaker programs
  • Share important clinical and scientific insights gathered from fieldwork to cross- functional teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Medical degree (MD), PharmD and/or a PhD in immunology, gastroenterology, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in immunology and/or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
  • Proven ability to interpret, present, and discuss clinical and scientific data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international biotech setting
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-cultural fluency
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent English command with the ability to build rapport with English speakers
