Job Role

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the vessels and reporting to vessels' Owners.
  • OPEX Actual vs Budget reports.
  • Vessels' payments and cash flow management.
  • Suppliers' invoices posting.
  • Vessels' cash accounts entries and bank reconciliation.
  • MGA review and posting to general ledger.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting department of a Shipping Company.
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset. Initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team-member.
  • Good organizational skills.
