1. Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Assist clients throughout the boat reservation process for their sailing holiday, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless booking experience.
2. Manage Client Portfolios: Maintain and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and satisfaction.
3. Prioritize and Strategize Daily Work: Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
4. Client Communication: Professionally engage with clients via email and phone, providing excellent service, information, and solutions to their queries and needs.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth handovers of bookings, share feedback, solve challenges, and contribute to team development.
6. Close Sales Leads: Convert online leads into bookings, ensuring that both personal and team sales targets are achieved.

• Native proficiency in UK or US English (additional languages are a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
• A creative and resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
• A skilled negotiator with a passion for closing deals and creating win-win outcomes.
• Self-motivated and driven to excel in sales, taking ownership of your work and exceeding expectations.
