Requirements:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε customer service / after sales ρόλους

  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες(γραπτά & προφορικά)

  • Υπομονή, οργάνωση και ευγένεια

  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)

  • Γνώσεις χειρισμού CRM / ERP ή σχετικών συστημάτων

Responsibilities:

  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση αιτημάτων πελατών μετά την πώληση

  • Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση των αιτημάτων

  • Παροχή εξατομικευμένων λύσεων και ενημέρωση των πελατών για την πορεία των αιτημάτων τους

  • Διατήρηση των ενεργειών σε CRM/ERP συστήματα

  • Ομαλή συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα με σκοπό την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
