Η θέση αναφέρεται στον ProductManager του αντίστοιχου Division
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε Pre – sales πελατών
Δημιουργεί και διαχειρίζεται τις προωθητικές ενέργειες και το πλάνο εκπαίδευσης (εντός και εκτός εταιρίας) για τις προϊοντικές σειρές ευθύνης του/ της
Παρακολουθεί και αναλύει τις τάσεις της αγοράς, τις ανάγκες των πελατών και τις κινήσεις των ανταγωνιστών.
Αξιολογεί την απόδοση μέσω αναλύσεων δεδομένων και feedback πελατών.
Επικοινωνεί, υποστηρίζει και συμβουλεύει τις πωλήσεις και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρίας (Customer Service & τεχνικό), όποτε χρειάζεται για την επιλογή των κατάλληλων προϊόντων ή λύσεων
Ευθύνεται για την καινοτομία στον προϊοντικό τομέα που του / της αναλογεί
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:
Πτυχίο ανώτατης σχολής Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός ή Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
2-3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση
Γνώση της αγοράς επιθυμητή
Στρατηγικές ικανότητες
Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης.
Ικανότητα να εργάζεται κάτω από πίεση και να τηρεί προθεσμίες.
Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.
Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
Άριστη γνώση MS Office
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
Εμπειρία χρήσης ERP, CRM συστημάτων επιθυμητή
