nvisionist is a
Global Installation Manager
to lead our worldwide installation operations for nvBird and nvFirePro systems.

This role combines leadership, project coordination, on-site management and a technical hands-on skillset to ensure every installation meets nvisionist's standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the global installation team (engineers and technicians) for nvBird and nvFirePro projects worldwide
  • Plan, organize, and execute system installations across international sites
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, R&D, and Operations teams for seamless project delivery
  • Supervise and support on-site activities during installation and commissioning (40–60% travel)
  • Ensure full compliance with company quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Train and guide local partners or subcontractors
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and proposals for process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project execution, installations, or commissioning
  • Proven experience leading and managing field teams
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Availability for international travel (40–60%)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Leadership attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI, IoT, sensor-based, CCTV, fire detection, or renewable energy systems
  • Understanding of Computer Vision, Edge AI, or Drone Systems
  • Background in multinational or multicultural technical environments
