About the Role:
As a
Customer Support Specialist
, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through digital channels. From handling product inquiries to order support and returns, you'll ensure each customer has a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and other digital platforms
- Provide assistance with product details, order tracking, modifications, and returns
- Support customers with account-related needs and service inquiries
- Escalate complex or specialized cases following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and consistent service
- Consistently meet performance, quality, and response time goals
- Stay informed about policies, product updates, and available tools to assist customers effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
