Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week, 8h/day, 5 days/week)
Target: Local candidates in Athens
Salary & Benefits
- 1,200 x 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)

What Youll Do
- Handle customer inquiries in English via phone, chat, and email
- Solve issues with patience, professionalism, and a smile (even at night)
- Document interactions and escalate when needed
Support customers and ensure an excellent service experience
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Living in Athens (locals only)
- Flexibility to work night shifts
Previous customer service experience is a plus
