The Opportunity (1 Position Open):
You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries related to domestic and international shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and service rate clarification. This role is based entirely in the office, fostering strong teamwork and providing immediate access to support resources.

What You Will Do:

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond professionally to customer queries via phone and email regarding shipping status, service availability, and delivery options.
  • Resolution: Quickly and accurately troubleshoot issues such as delayed shipments, incorrect addresses, and customs requirements, coordinating internally as needed.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all operational and compliance procedures set by the logistics provider.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the office environment, sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues to manage peak call volumes.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C2) and professional working proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or office administration role. Experience in logistics is a strong plus.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle demanding customers effectively.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working full-time in a high-energy, collaborative office setting.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem resolution.

Sarai responsabile della gestione di un volume elevato di richieste dei clienti relative al tracciamento delle spedizioni nazionali e internazionali, alla conferma della consegna e al chiarimento delle tariffe di servizio. Questo ruolo è interamente basato in ufficio, favorendo un forte lavoro di squadra e fornendo accesso immediato alle risorse di supporto.

Cosa Farai:

  • Gestione delle Richieste dei Clienti: Rispondere professionalmente alle domande dei clienti tramite telefono ed e-mail relative allo stato della spedizione, alla disponibilità del servizio e alle opzioni di consegna.
  • Risoluzione: Risolvere in modo rapido e preciso problemi come spedizioni in ritardo, indirizzi errati e requisiti doganali, coordinandosi internamente se necessario.
  • Adesione ai Processi: Garantire la stretta aderenza a tutte le procedure operative e di conformità stabilite dal fornitore di servizi logistici.
  • Collaborazione in Team: Lavorare efficacemente all'interno dell'ambiente d'ufficio, condividendo le conoscenze e collaborando con i colleghi per gestire i volumi di chiamate di punta.
  • Documentazione: Mantenere registrazioni precise e dettagliate di tutte le interazioni e le risoluzioni nel sistema CRM.

Cosa Ti Serve Per Avere Successo:

  • Fluidità Linguistica: Conoscenza nativa o quasi nativa dell'Italiano (C2) e competenza lavorativa professionale in Inglese (B2 minimo).
  • Esperienza: Comprovata esperienza in un ruolo di servizio clienti, call center o amministrazione d'ufficio. L'esperienza nella logistica è un forte vantaggio.
  • Stile di Lavoro: Altamente organizzato, proattivo e resiliente sotto pressione, con la capacità di gestire in modo efficace i clienti esigenti.
  • Ambiente di Lavoro: A suo agio nel lavorare a tempo pieno in un ambiente d'ufficio collaborativo e ad alta energia.
