Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through multiple channels while ensuring a high-quality service experience and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist customers with product issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality
Participate in training sessions and continuous feedback programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language skills:
Italian – C2 / Native
English – B2
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Salary & Benefits
Base Monthly Salary:
€1,045 gross
Monthly Performance Bonus:
up to €150 (based on performance)
Training:
11 full working days of paid, remote training by certified instructors
