HEAD MECHANIC HONDA MOTORCYCLES WORKSHOP

Κύρια Καθήκοντα:

  • Οργάνωση, επίβλεψη και συντονισμός του τεχνικού προσωπικού του συνεργείου
  • Διασφάλιση της άρτιας εκτέλεσης των εργασιών συντήρησης και επισκευής οχημάτων σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της Honda
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών και διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών
  • Υποστήριξη των Τεχνικών Συμβούλων σε θέματα διάγνωσης και τεχνικής καθοδήγησης
  • Διαχείριση τεχνικών θεμάτων, ανάλυση βλαβών και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας στη σωστή επίλυση
  • Εποπτεία της τήρησης των διαδικασιών ασφαλείας, καθαριότητας και ορθής λειτουργίας του εξοπλισμού του συνεργείου
  • Συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Ανταλλακτικών και το Τμήμα Πωλήσεων για τον αποτελεσματικό συντονισμό των εργασιών
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης συνεργείου και συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση της λειτουργίας αυτού

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 8 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (σε εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο θα θεωρηθεί ισχυρό πλεονέκτημα)
  • Άριστη γνώση τεχνικών διαδικασιών, διαγνωστικών εργαλείων και σύγχρονων τεχνολογιών οχημάτων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εργαλείων MS Office
  • Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες, με ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας
  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων, μεθοδικότητα και υπευθυνότητα
  • Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία, επαγγελματισμός και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψήφιους)
