What You'll Do

As an
Account Manager - Digital Marketing
, you'll be the key point of contact for your clients, by building relationships, monitoring competition, managing digital presence, driving results, and ensuring satisfaction across digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Develop strategic digital marketing plans in collaboration with specialists (e.g., PPC, SEO, Social Media Content)
  • Closely observe competition landscape, report on major developments and proactively submit recommendations
  • Plan and Monitor social media presence, assess performance, analyze data, and present results and recommendations
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple client accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or client account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: paid media, email marketing, social, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
