SCYTALYS is currently looking for a skilled Assistant Accountant to support the Accounting Manager, passionate about their field of work.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the monitoring & execution of daily/weekly/monthly accounting tasks and procedures
  • Participate in the registration of invoices and other documents in the company's ERP system
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform monitoring of the operating data and ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver ad hoc requests and participate in Finance Team projects when requested
  • Maintain all respective files, archives, and records of the department

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • MSc in Finance or Accounting would be an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In Greek and English language)
