· Επικοινωνεί με προμηθευτές αναλωσίμων  για τακτικές και έκτακτες παραδόσεις.

· Εποπτεύει την καθαριότητα ανά σημείο ευθύνης έργου.

· Ευθύνεται για τη διαχείριση του προσωπικού: Καταγραφή και αναφορά θεμάτων μισθοδοσίας, ετήσιων αδειών, αξιολογήσεων του προσωπικού, ασθενειών, αναπληρώσεων και λοιπών θεμάτων HR του προσωπικού καθαριότητας.

· Συμμετέχει στην κοστολόγηση προσφορών για θέματα καθαριότητας.

· Αποτελεί το πρώτο σημείο επαφής μεταξύ της εταιρείας με τον υπεύθυνο του πελάτη σε θέματα που αφορούν την ομαλή διεξαγωγή της καθαριότητας.

· Συντάσσει αναφορών για την πρόοδο των πρωτοβουλιών και εργασιών σε ημερήσια βάση.

· Βοηθάει και επιλύει απαιτητικά αιτήματα των πελατών, όπως απαιτείται

· Αναζητάει νέες ανάγκες προς κάλυψη σε υφιστάμενους ή νέους πελάτες στην περιοχή ευθύνης του/της.

· Κάνει τακτικό έλεγχο της αποθήκης ανά σημείο.

· Πραγματοποιεί παραγγελίες αναλωσίμων ανά σημείο ευθύνης για κάθε έργο.

· Παρέχει εκπαίδευση και επίδειξη σημείων ευθύνης στο προσωπικό για θέματα καθαριότητας.

Requirements

· Πτυχίο Λυκείου / ΙΕΚ / ΤΕΙ και επιθυμητό πτυχίο στην περιβαλλοντική επιστήμη, μηχανική ή συναφή τομέα  

· Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1 έτος σε αντίστοιχη θέση

· Καλή γνώση των MS Office (Word, Excel)

Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

· Ικανότητα διοίκησης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού  

· Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες

· Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών

· Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και μεθοδικότητας  

· Αναλυτική και συνθετική σκέψη
