A well-established construction company specializing in building projects is seeking a Construction Site Foreman for full-time employment in ongoing projects located within the
Chalkidiki region (Skouries)
.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of daily site activities
• Management of subcontractors and on-site crews
• Ensuring proper execution of works according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitoring project timeline and progress
• Enforcing health and safety regulations on-site
• Liaising with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Supervision, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field (TEI/IEK or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction supervision (structural works, MEP, finishing stages)
• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and building materials
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in Greek, both written and spoken
• Professional-level English, primarily spoken
