Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
HR Operations Lead
to organize, elevate, and scale HR operations across the Code.Hub Group. The HR Operations Lead will supervise and develop a small HR team (currently an HR Admin and an HR Generalist) and will have the mandate to define and refine HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

This is not a traditional HR Manager position but a leadership role focused on operational rigor, team coaching, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and support the existing HR team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Greek labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and the tracking of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operational matters with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize and conduct internal training and workshops to enhance the capabilities and awareness of the HR team within the broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles.
  • At least 2 years in a role involving coordination, supervision, or mentoring of junior HR staff.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to organize, document, and optimize HR processes for scale.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment is highly desirable.
