Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established premium clothing brands company,is seeking an Operations Supervisor, based in Athens.

Scope of Role

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company's daily e-commerce, warehouse, and office operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth processes, supporting customer satisfaction, and fostering collaboration between departments to maintain efficiency and business continuity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, warehouse, and office operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing shortages and excess.
  • Leverage customer data analysis to identify trends, preferences, and challenges, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying relevant initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent command of English and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to design and implement initiatives that improve customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
