Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Security Supervisor
based in
Athens
. The Security Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations for a
major client of our company
, ensuring the safety of the facilities, staff, and customers. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, coordinating daily security activities, implementing security protocols, and liaising with the client to maintain high standards of service. The role also involves operational planning and effective incident management as situations arise.
Qualifications
Active Security Guard License —
mandatory requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration (AEI/TEI) —
mandatory requirement
Relevant certifications in security or management are considered an advantage
Proficient Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
