On-Site Technical Support Supervisor
Περιγραφή πελάτη: Κορυφαία εταιρεία παραγωγής και προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρώπης.
Ρόλος
- Επιβλέπει την τεχνική υποστήριξη πελατών, διασφαλίζοντας άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Διαχειρίζεται ομάδα τεχνικών, αναθέτοντας εργασίες & αξιολογώντας την απόδοση.
- Επιλύει σύνθετα τεχνικά προβλήματα & κλιμακώνει δύσκολες περιπτώσεις.
- Βελτιστοποιεί διαδικασίες & μετράει KPIs, διασφαλίζοντας αποτελεσματικότητα.
- Συνεργάζεται με stakeholders για στρατηγικές αποφάσεις τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
Προφίλ
Εκπαίδευση:
- Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα σε σχετικό τομέα, όπως πληροφορική, μηχανική, επιχειρήσεις
Εμπειρία:
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέσεις ευθύνης σε ομάδες τεχνικής υποστήριξης
- Εμπειρία στην επίλυση σύνθετων τεχνικών προβλημάτων
- Εμπειρία στην καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη ομάδων
Δεξιότητες:
- Άριστες οργανωτικές και διοικητικές δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση και εμπειρία σε διάφορες τεχνολογίες και συστήματα
- Ικανότητα multitasking και διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε ομάδα και ανεξάρτητα
