We're looking for an experienced
IT Site Support Coordinator
to act as the on-site representative for
Tech Foundation global processes and services
.

This role ensures that global IT operations run smoothly across business units by supporting end users, coordinating with central IT teams, and enabling quick issue resolution. You'll play a key role in driving consistency, removing inefficiencies, and helping the business unlock full value from existing global processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Support

  • Provide hands-on support for printing, meeting room, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate and escort third-party engineers during site visits.
  • Assist Tech Foundation teams in triaging and resolving local technical issues (networks, servers, hardware).
  • Support hardware refresh projects and Townhall streaming setup.
  • Deliver laptop support and ensure adherence to global SLAs.

Signposting & Guidance

  • Direct users to the correct global processes for obtaining and using IT assets (mobiles, laptops, iPads).
  • Guide users on using
    UNA
    and other knowledge platforms for self-service.
  • Promote awareness of available support services such as
    IHD
    and
    vBSC
    .

Driving Efficiency & Value

  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary local variations to maintain global process consistency.
  • Collaborate with teams to phase out local contracts and integrate them into central IT frameworks.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Guide users on how to raise issues via the Integrated Help Desk and proper escalation paths.
  • Act as a point of escalation when global support teams are not meeting SLA commitments.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor user satisfaction and report improvement areas to service owners.
  • Ensure smooth user experience for all Tech Foundation services and tools.
