If you also enjoy being at the center of the action, then this is the right opportunity for you to join our expanding Pre Event Trading Team at Kaizen Gaming.

The position sits within the US Sports team, contributing to our commitment to deliver a high-caliber, customized betting offer and a best-in-class user experience for our customers.

As a Pre Event Trader, you will:
  • Trade betting events for American Football and other sports; Monitor and manage respective liabilities to ensure effective risk mitigation;
  • Compile odds and own pricing for US Sports long-term markets, daily props, and other team/player-related markets;
  • Create and monitor betting markets and assist in controlling risk to achieve optimum pre-event margins;
  • Set up and manage additional markets ad hoc according to sophisticated customers' requests;
  • Monitor and analyze customer activity, report to the Sportsbook Integrity team;
  • Liaise with different departments and assist them with their sportsbook-related queries;
  • Support the improvement and development of trading tools.

What you will bring:

  • Good knowledge and genuine interest in US Sports;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of core sports statistics;
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel;
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, well-informed decisions;
  • Self-organized, target driven and a team-player;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Willingness to work flexible time shifts and adapt to the busy sporting calendar;
  • Previous experience in an Odds Compiling or Trading role would be considered an advantage.
