Το The Champs με εγκαταστάσεις σε Καλλιθέα και Παιανία είναι ένας καινοτόμος χώρος άθλησης, εκμάθησης κολύμβησης, δημιουργικής απασχόλησης και εκπαίδευσης για παιδιά και γονείς. Συνδυάζουμε fitness, κίνηση, εκπαίδευση και ψυχαγωγία, προσφέροντας εμπειρίες που προάγουν τη χαρά και την ανάπτυξη των παιδιών.

Ρόλος

Ως Club Manager, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για τη συνολική λειτουργία του χώρου, την εμπειρία των μελών, τη διαχείριση της ομάδας και την ανάπτυξη του brand μέσα από καθημερινή αριστεία στη λειτουργία και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του club
  • Διαχείριση, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας (προσωπικό υποδοχής, γυμναστές, παιδαγωγοί, barista κ.ά.)
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εμπειρίας πελατών (γονέων & παιδιών)
  • Διαχείριση προγραμμάτων, ραντεβού, εγγραφών και κρατήσεων
  • Υλοποίηση εμπορικών στόχων (πωλήσεις συνδρομών, events, retail)
  • Παρακολούθηση οικονομικών στοιχείων, αποθεμάτων και λειτουργικών αναγκών
  • Επικοινωνία με τη διοίκηση και συμβολή στη διαμόρφωση στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση ευθύνης σε γυμναστήριο, παιδικό χώρο ή hospitality (τουλάχιστον 2–3 χρόνια)
  • Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και τη λεπτομέρεια
  • Επικοινωνιακός χαρακτήρας και θετική ενέργεια
  • Γνώση εργαλείων office και βασικών CRM συστημάτων
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
