On behalf of our client, ​a well-known multinational company which operates in the HORECA professional solutions industry we are looking for a ​Sales Specialist based in Athens 

The ideal profile for this Sales Specialist role will have a self-driven ​p​ersonality, who can turn hands-on product demonstrations into real sales impact, build lasting client relationships, and combine creativity, passion, and practical know-how to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and culinary events, showcasing professional kitchen equipment in real-world cooking scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and dealers within the region.
  • Coordinate and implement all sales and marketing initiatives locally.
  • Support pre- and post-sales activities, including client visits, product training, and consultations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and culinary events.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales partners, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality demonstrations.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements​​​​
  • Proven sales experience in the HoReCa or professional kitchen equipment sector.
  • Strong culinary background with hands-on cooking skills, able to lead live demonstrations.
  • Passion for food, cooking, and delivering engaging culinary experiences.
  • Outgoing, persuasive personality capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Computer literate and able to manage CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
