Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες υποψηφίου:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία 5*

  • Γνώση διαδικασιών F&B

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε υψηλό επίπεδο

  • Γνώση χειρισμού PDA

  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής οργάνωσης εργασιών και διαχείρισης χρόνου

  • Ομαδικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

  • Γνώση των διεθνών κανόνων HACCP και ISO
