Sales Associates

for the
main store in Syntagma Athens.

Duties and Responsibilities

·
Delivering an outstanding, individual customer service experience that increases return business

·
Meeting daily and monthly sales targets

· Serving customers and dealing with enquiries

· Processing cash, card and online payments

· Updating customer records in the company's database as required

· Promoting products based on the company's directives

· Managing product inventory at the store

Skills required

·
Target driven and self-motivated with knowledge in luxury goods (clothes, shoes & accessories)

·
Fluent English & Greek language (any other language will be considered as an asset)

·
Ability to communicate with customers at the highest level

·
Work experience required -
5 years at least in Fashion Luxury goods.

·
Good knowledge of MS Office applications , familiar with accounting commercial software ( Softone will be considered as an asset)

·
A bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration will be considered as a plus
