Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
Ideal Candidate:

Fluency in English (C1+ level)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude

Willingness to relocate to Athens if not currently based there

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece is preferred
