We are looking for an
Account & Project Manager

to join our team and help us grow by delivering top-notch experiences for brands who want to be part of gaming, entertainment and youth culture.

This is a hybrid role that combines
account management

(relationship, strategy, communication) and
project management

(timelines, budgets, deliverables). You'll be the link between our clients and our in-house teams, responsible for ensuring every brief is understood, every deadline is met, and every touchpoint is pixel-perfect.

Your Role

  • Own and nurture client relationships across sectors
  • Understand client goals and translate them into sharp creative briefs
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell Pixel Perfect services where relevant
  • Present ideas, strategies and updates with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Be a trusted advisor and problem solver to clients and internal teams
  • Plan and lead projects from kickoff to final delivery
  • Create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress
  • Coordinate internal teams: content, design, tech, production, streaming, partnerships
  • Foresee challenges and remove roadblocks before they become problems
  • Manage project scope, expectations and documentation with precision

Who You Are

  • You have
    3–4 years experience

in advertising, digital or creative roles
- You've worked in an
agency or production environment

, ideally with lifestyle or entertainment brands
- You're fluent in
both Greek & English

, spoken and written
- You have a
strong understanding of digital culture

, especially social media, influencer ecosystems, streaming and live content
- You're highly organized and collaborative, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable with creative workflows and task management tools
- Bonus: you have experience managing productions (video/photo/live)

  • Confidence in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Natural ability to balance creative vision with operational reality
  • Curiosity for innovation and emerging trends in entertainment & gaming
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

While not required, it's a plus if you have:

  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, or reporting tools
  • Familiarity with data & analytics platforms
  • Crisis management or issue-resolution experience
  • A personal connection to gaming or esports culture
