Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support (on-site and remote) for hardware, software, and specific applications (Windows, Office, Teams, etc.).
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware upgrades (disk/memory replacement).
  • Installation & configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripherals (via Microsoft Deployment Toolkit – MDT).
  • Installation & configuration of network scanners and related equipment.
  • Equipment setup, relocation, connection/disconnection, and delivery to end users within the building.
  • Maintain organization and readiness of the IT Lab.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Desired knowledge of laptop and PC hardware (disk/memory installation, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting).
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, cabling).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
