About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Assembly Technician with 10+ years of experience in precision electronic soldering. You'll be key in ensuring the quality and reliability of our critical hardware components.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precise electronic soldering for PCB assembly
- Inspect and test solder joints and components
- Support prototyping and small-batch production
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of soldering and PCB assembly experience
- Deep understanding of electronic components and schematics
- Ability to work independently and mentor juniors
- High attention to detail and quality
