About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Assembly Technician with 10+ years of experience in precision electronic soldering. You'll be key in ensuring the quality and reliability of our critical hardware components.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise electronic soldering for PCB assembly
  • Inspect and test solder joints and components
  • Support prototyping and small-batch production
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of soldering and PCB assembly experience
  • Deep understanding of electronic components and schematics
  • Ability to work independently and mentor juniors
  • High attention to detail and quality
