Process Automation Business Analyst

We are seeking a
Senior Process Automation Business Analyst
to lead the definition and design of future-state business processes, with a strong focus on
CRM
-enabled process execution and enterprise process modeling in
SAP Signavio
.

The role will own the end-to-end process analysis lifecycle: aligning with strategic objectives, building a future-state process catalogue, running design workshops, documenting processes with BPMN flows, detailed step descriptions, and RACI matrices.

Key Responsibilities

• Future-state process catalogue
• Adapt a best-practice process catalogue template to the client's needs, including for each process: a concise description, key inputs and outputs, and involved roles/units.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews to iterate and finalize the future-state process catalogue.
• Design workshops and solution walkthroughs
• Plan and conduct structured design workshops for the agreed process areas.
• Elicit and capture business rules, variants, exceptions, and data needs during workshops.
• Process modeling and documentation in
  SAP Signavio

Qualifications and Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in process transformation or automation initiatives, with significant exposure to CRM-enabled processes.
• Proven track record running end-to-end process analysis: discovery, design workshops, gap analysis, and documentation to sign-off.
• Hands-on expertise with
  SAP Signavio
  (workspace setup, dictionary, attributes, governance, and BPMN modeling).
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process documentation standards, including RACI.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, operations) and managing feedback loops to finalize future-state designs.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or related asset-intensive sectors.
• Exposure to process automation (RPA, workflow/orchestration, low-code platforms) and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile delivery (scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to define KPIs and process performance measures.

Tools and Technologies

• SAP Signavio (required).
• Acknowledgment with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, PowerPoint).

Language

• Fluency in Greek required.
