Rollenbeschreibung
Als Rezeptionist:in Front Office sind Sie für den Empfang und die Betreuung unserer Gäste zuständig. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören das Beantworten von Telefonanrufen, die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und die Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben. Diese Vollzeitstelle ist vor Ort und befindet sich in Athen. Sie sorgen für eine freundliche und professionelle Atmosphäre in unserem Büro und sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Besucher und Kunden.

Qualifikationen

  • Telefonetikette:
    Sie sollten über ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Telefonanrufen verfügen und professionelle Telefongespräche führen können.
  • Rezeptionsaufgaben:
    Erfahrungen im Bereich der Rezeption und Front Office sind wünschenswert, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Kundenservice:
    Starke Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice sind erforderlich, um den Bedürfnissen unserer Gäste gerecht zu werden.
  • Kommunikation:
    Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind notwendig, um effektiv mit Kollegen und Kunden zu interagieren.
  • Zusätzlich sind Organisationstalent, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein hoher Grad an Freundlichkeit und Professionalität gewünscht. Ein abgeschlossener Schulabschluss und relevante Berufserfahrung werden ebenfalls bevorzugt.
