Ζητείται τεχνικός πεδίου Η/Υ από εταιρεία ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων πληροφορικής για το κεντρικό κατάστημα της Αθήνας (Άγιος Δημήτριος).

Καθήκοντα:

  • Εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και επισκευή εξοπλισμού πληροφορικής στον χώρο του πελάτη (on-site support).
  • Παροχή επιτόπιας τεχνικής υποστήριξης για θέματα hardware, software, δίκτυα, και περιφερειακά.
  • Τεκμηρίωση τεχνικών ενεργειών και παροχή αναφορών στον προϊστάμενο τμήματος.
  • Εγκατάσταση, διαχείριση και τεχνική υποστήριξη δικτυακών υποδομών
  • Εγκατάσταση δομημένης καλωδίωσης (καμπίνες rack)
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη πελατών σε θέματα εξοπλισμού (pc, servers, εκτυπωτές,)
  • Διαχείριση και τεχνική υποστήριξη μηχανογραφικών και πληροφοριακών συστημάτων σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο τουλάχιστον ΕΠΑΛ ΕΠΑΣ Ειδικότητα Πληροφορικής/Τεχνίκης υποστήριξης Συστημάτων Υπολογιστών/Τεχνικός Δικτύων
  • Καλή γνώση σε θέματα υποδομών δικτύων (LAN/WAN), συστημάτων Windows, Linux, και servers.
  • Καλή κατανόηση σε θέματα ασφάλειας δικτύων και δεδομένων.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και οργάνωσης.
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών για πελατειακή υποστήριξη.
  • Άπταιστα γραπτά και προφορικά ελληνικά
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β' κατηγορίας
