Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Δημιουργία μενού και ανάπτυξη νέων συνταγών.
  • Κοστολόγηση και συνταγογράφηση συνταγών.
  • Αντικατάσταση του executive Chef στον σχεδιασμό και την οργάνωση της προετοιμασίας των πιάτων καθώς και τον έλεγχο του operation του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Παραγγελία προμηθειών για τη δημιουργία κατάλληλου αποθέματος
  • Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της υγιεινής στην κουζίνα.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την ομαλή λειτουργία.

Απαιτήσεις:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε 5άστερα ξενοδοχεία ή εστιατόρια υψηλής γαστρονομίας.
  • Γνώσεις σε διάφορες κουζίνες και τεχνικές μαγειρικής.
  • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς και υπό πίεση.
  • Καλή γνώση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
